About Capstone Behavioral Solutions

Capstone Behavioral Solutions, LLC is dedicated to providing compassionate, customized ABA services that empower children with autism and developmental delays to reach their highest potential. We are seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing team and deliver life-changing therapy with excellence.


What You’ll Do

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and other clinical assessments.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans.

Provide direct supervision, training, and support to RBTs and ABA therapists.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and community providers to promote skill generalization.

Collect and analyze data to ensure treatment fidelity and measurable progress.

Ensure compliance with BACB®, state, and insurance guidelines.

Uphold the highest ethical and clinical standards in all aspects of care.


Required Qualifications

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB®).

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Virginia (or eligibility to obtain before hire).

Valid CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain prior to client work).

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance (for in-home/community sessions).

Minimum 1 year of experience providing ABA services (preferred).


What We Offer

Competitive salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (based on experience).

Annual performance bonuses up to $5,000.
