About Capstone Behavioral Solutions
Capstone Behavioral Solutions, LLC is a Virginia-based ABA therapy provider dedicated to supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental challenges. We are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy that empowers families and improves lives.
As an RBT at Capstone, you’ll play a vital role in implementing individualized treatment plans, working one-on-one with clients in their homes and community settings. You’ll receive the supervision, tools, and support you need to make a difference—and grow professionally.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavioral intervention strategies
- Accurately collect and record client data during each session
- Maintain consistent communication with supervising BCBAs and team members
- Ensure all services follow ethical and HIPAA compliance guidelines
- Attend ongoing supervision, training sessions, and staff meetings
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support treatment goals
Qualifications
- RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire; we offer assistance)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is highly valued
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to kneel, lift up to 30 pounds, and actively engage with children
- Must pass background checks including state, federal, and CPS clearance
