We’re hiring an experienced and passionate ABA Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead and inspire our clinical team while ensuring high-quality, ethical, and culturally responsive services.
Position Summary
As Clinical Director, you will lead clinical operations, supervise and support staff, and oversee client programming. You will be instrumental in shaping clinical excellence, guiding treatment plans, and driving positive outcomes for our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of ABA treatment plans
Conduct clinical assessments and lead client onboarding
Supervise BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs with a focus on professional growth
Monitor treatment fidelity and clinical documentation
Collaborate across disciplines to support comprehensive care
Facilitate family training, clinical reviews, and team meetings
Maintain compliance with BACB, Medicaid, and HIPAA standards
Support organizational development and clinical expansion efforts
Qualifications
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active BCBA certification (in good standing)
LBA licensure in Virginia or eligibility
5+ years clinical ABA experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and ABA documentation standards
Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must pass background checks (local, state, federal)
Physical Requirements
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and interact at child level (kneeling, sitting, crawling)
Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Willingness to work in clinic, home, and/or school settings as needed

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $75,000–$105,000 (based on experience)
Annual performance bonuses: Up to $10,000
