Free Consultation & Insurance Navigation

Get started with a complimentary phone or virtual consultation. Our care team will learn about your child’s unique needs and handle all benefit verification and insurance coordination so you don’t have to.

Initial Clinical Assessment

Once benefits are confirmed, we’ll schedule an in-depth evaluation with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess your child’s strengths, challenges, communication, behavior, and learning needs.

Custom Behavior Treatment Plan

Using the assessment results—and your input as a parent—our BCBA will design a personalized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) that sets measurable goals and outlines effective strategies for progress and daily support.

Personalized ABA Therapy Begins

Your child will begin therapy sessions with a trained Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) under BCBA supervision. Therapy can take place in-home, in-center, or in-school, depending on your child’s needs and your preferences.

Ongoing Progress Monitoring & Updates

We track your child’s growth using data-driven tools. As your child meets goals, the treatment plan evolves to support continued success, building independence, confidence, and life skills along the way.
